when I look at the F1 screen, a number of keys are displayed that are not useful in normal usage, like "cut", "copy", "paste", "zoom out", etc. the list should be filtered so it does not show those options when not in 'editor mode'.

Reassigning to hakzam (unless he doesn't want it?).
I think that we should ideally have the F1 screen allow modifications of buttons
for all of the screens, including the Menu, Chat, etc. Ideally this should also
allow for the user to select an alternative input device (SDL_JOYSTICK -
joystick/gamepad).
