Some of the programs tux can learn that slow down enemy bot CPUs should help Tux in overtake games (more time and/or more charges).

Some specific suggestions (while effect is active on the bot)
* Calculate Pi -> +15% time on countdown clock / program rev
* Virus & B-virus -> -1/3 Charge to place for the bot / prog rev (ie rev 3-5, 6-8, 9 give +1, +2, +3 respectively)

I think this would work really well in a system were Tux gets -1 charge for each bot currently under Tux control (could eg be explained by Tux needing to reserve some of his "power" to keep the link to a bot open and prevent it from resetting it's software after noticing a memory hash check failure or so).

IMHO currently the countdown clock is too long (at least for me anymore). So if we increase the countdown clock, we should have it go at super-speed once all charges are placed.

Maybe we should do this anyways?

Perhaps activating one of these programs would still cause some heat problem for tux?

This is an example of too complex gameplay rules in my opinion.
