There is a bathing area in town. I would like to suggest adding a rubber duck as a new item that can be found near the pool. Even better would be if there was some quest related to this rubber duck.

The most important thing for this to happen is for someone to make a 3D model of the duck in blender. If that happens, I see no reason that it couldn't be included in the game. I'd think that this would make an excellent project for someone interested in learning blender basics.

However, IMHO this is fairly low priority.

It might be possible to find a rubber duck model available under the GPL or a more permissive license, too.

Rubber duckie added to the bathing area in rev. 3179.

Instead of a full quest, I suggest having the player encounters whoever left the duck there (or maybe some strange waterfowl enthusiast) and will be able to give it to him/her in return for a small favor.
