Probably already obvious, but RB still uses the old SF tracker to create links 
under the 'Bugs' field.

I believe 'bugs.freedroid.org/b/issue%s' is the proper RB configuration string.

Also there's the question of existing review requests being broken with this 
change.

The links above were unintentional. The string I typed apparently gets picked up 
and detected as a link :P

OK, then I guess I need to fix the regex. It shouldn't have picked this up as a
link without a number next to it!

Fixed. And it does not break old requests (the full actual URL is stored in the
DB, not only the bug id).
