I came just to note that RR 1984 - Energy Shield Skill, diff version 12 does NOT
closes this issue.
Reason being, this does not satisfy the idea requirements of “works like mana
shield in diablo.”
All RR 1984 does is introduce the main code of this skill, and use it as a
balance feature against overpowered Invisibility skill.
To effectively met Xenux's request, before converting RR 1984 it is necessary to
remove the Invulnerability aspect from Invisibility skill, for example, not
allowing you to attack while invisible. - while making a third skill on the
process, Invulnerability, with a small time and great cost, which even if allows
bot to shoot you does not allows you to take damage at all.
Once Invisibility skill is separated from Invulnerability skill, then the Energy
Shield skill can be converted to met its real purpose, and have a playstyle
similar to diablo - as requested.
Therefore, please do not consider RR 1984 diff 12 as the solution for this
issue, but merely a founding stone, awaiting another patch which aims at doing a
definitive solution to Invisibility balance problems. (And therefore, allowing
this issue to be closed)
