This is a reminder: check what happens after the target of a bullet has been
teleported to an other level (this could lead to the bullet or its blast going
outside of the map...)

Uh? If the target is teleported the bullet will continue flying on it's current
direction util it hits something, fly too far and gets deleted, or arrive at
level -1 and get deleted as well.
