As requested on IRC (specifically, Dec 20th 2013), some players may find an
autosave feature to be very helpful.
This feature exists in many games, and usually the intervals between autosaves,
the number of "slots" (in other words, amount of space) to autosave on, and
other options are usually controlled through the settings. Decent interval
presets would be every 5, 10, and 20 minutes.
