Bug 722 rejected - discussion points out "bot draining" is a new game feature.
Bug created to ensure feature is explained to player in-game.

My solution is to expand and/or re-write the tutorial to include bot draining
and a other aspects of the game to explicitly teach the player.
Not practical in the given climate.
Disavowing.
Any one wants to take it, feel free.
