Have two guns in inventory.
Your secondary gun is empty and you have no ammo for it.
Start reloading primary gun.
Now while reloading is in progress, wield the other gun.
It will look like the other gun is being reloaded, however, when done, will
still be empty.

Maybe we can abort reloading if weapons are being switched?
