Make it so that you can resize the window or select arbitrary resolutions.
An added touch of convenience for example when reading a strategy guide.

You actually can pass an arbitrary
resolution from command line, but it
may mess up the interface (it's not
tested, that's what I mean).
Resizing ingame isn't supported yet...
But someone had tried something
similar before on Review Board, I
believe?
