From a technical point of view this requires a little bit of work. Roundup has a
XMLRPC API so I guess one could patch RB to update Roundup.

Quite frankly I believe it would be more useful to have Roundup watch the *SVN*
logs and update itself from there. Having a RB request submitted doesn't say a
lot about whether a ticket is going to be closed or not, while a SVN log saying
"closes issue98" carries more strength.

Which makes me realize - if issue98 above has not been hyperlinked, I need to
make it be an hyperlink.
