r4958 changes the start position of many of the special forces. This was done
not 100% because Mach3 forgot to actually remove the map labels used by those
special forces.
The reason why this is done is because the special force's position is now the
position of the closest waypoint from his start position, and TutorialTom ended
up moving so that he couldn't see tux, so he was going along his waypoints instead.

At any rate, this particular bug is fixed in r5035
