There are three items that have no rotation animations:
pump action shotgun
two barrel  sawn of shotgun and
plasma cannon

The problem is that when I put one of them into the upgrade-items screen, there is nothing displayed as rotation animation, and since this rotation animation seems to be the only way (beside hovering the box) to show users what item is in the box, I think that it may be very confusing to some users,since it looks like the item simply vanished.

Instead of nothing at least the NONE_AVAILABLE_YET question mark rotation snimation should be (maybe automatically for 0.14+) displayed.

The big problem is fixed - the question mark is displayed instead of nothing (but this is not automatic).

Keeping the ticket open for the underlying problem (lack of rotation animations) and assigning to infrared. This is not for 0.14.

Closing as this is no longer relevant. One of the mentioned items no longer
exists, and the pump action shotgun has a non-animated portrait in use.
