As the title says, the small psuedo-3d health bars which are rendered over
enemies change size. The size is affected by which way the enemy is facing.

This is not a bug but a feature.

IIRC in ogl, the length of the health bars is somehow related to the width of
the displayed enemy frame/model.
This should be a known bug though, I wonder if we have another ticket for it out
there.
