Issue 536: items hidden pressing p to pause game

When there are any items on the ground, pressing p to pause the game, makes them disappear as long as we pause the game. r5164

Well, I think this is a very strange bug. Things shouldn't suddenly disappear, not even temporarily.

It seems like we also pause the game when tux is teleporting. Thus all items on the map seem to disappear when then tux teleports.

Patch for the pause issue at: http://rb.freedroid.org/r/1820/ . Could not identify what happens when tux teleports.
