The Review Board seems to be doing something weird with time zones. Things I post and see are presented as though they are in the future (see the screen shot). I think it is recording things server side using Zulu, but assuming that the local time on my computer is also Zulu (it isn't, currently it is PST, or Zulu -7hr). Click on your name, then "My Account" -> "Time Zone" as for RB 1.7.1
