These functions do not seem to be used. Also I'm not sure what they are good for
since we handle events via lua conditions so I don't think
(en/dis)able_trigger() is needed.

Mostly for the sake of keeping Bugtracker clean, as we have 354 issues currently
open (status=-1,1,4) - and not all of them are currently relevant.

Also, this issue was once removed (which resolves this issue) and was later
reintroduced due to traps at level 59 (which rejects this issue, and is
currently used).
