Issue 657: dialog aborted/resumed to teleport

When I use teleport() inside a dialog, the dialog window is closed in order to
teleport tux. After the teleportation, the windows is shown again and the dialog
continues. This is not really a bug but I think it looks quite strange that the
dialog window is closed in between.
