Fedora rules forbid to embed extern libs in packages
(https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:No_Bundled_Libraries). Their main
reason (security) is acceptable.
In order to be accepted for the next Fedora release, we need to upgrade to Lua 5.3.
