In R&R Factory, the ladders go the wrong way. On Floor 2, the ladder to "Underground level 3" goes upwards, while the ladder from floor 3 to "Underground level 2" goes downwards. I think the same is true for all other floors.

At least the ladder from the ground floor and floor 2 seems to correctly go down.
