I've managed to set up a built environment on my laptop following the instructions here 
(http://www.freedroid.org/building/build_mac/) however I still experience the same 
error condition.

I've uploaded a trace to pastebin (http://pastebin.com/Y48HGnrB) which will hopefully 
throw some light on the issue to someone a little better at reading them then me! In 
the meantime, I'm going to double check that my build environment is sane...
