Dixon Dialog shows options 43 and 45 simultaneously, they should be exclusive. Both appear as "Is everything all right?" to the user, but Dixons response is completely different. I can't tell how it happened exactly but it should be deducible from the Lua script. The bug is gone once the singularity contacts dixon and the yellow toolkit quest is finished.

When doing the quest I first told Dixon that I'll got down and get the toolkit in order to have access to the maintenance tunnel. Then I helped the singularity. Then it gets a bit fuzzy. I had the toolkit, gave it to Dixon but also told him that I believe the bots are sentient. Don't remember in which order.
