When doing the quest I first told Dixon that I'll got down and get the toolkit
in order to have access to the maintenance tunnel. Then I helped the
singularity. Then it gets a bit fuzzy. I had the toolkit, gave it to Dixon but
also told him that I believe the bots are sentient. Don't remember in which order.
