A probable fix was reverted via c1c01490087029666a2482c368d7b313f63f8906
We need to make sure this is fixed before the release.

No indication of what to do if Spencer is dead. But if Tux kills a Red Guard
Member then the Red Guard faction becomes an enemy. Pendragon would now be
hostile towards Tux. In this case, the quest could not be completed?

Issue does not appear resolved in current iteration on HEAD
(bb626cba43fa2b5c1a85d406817467f8f5a68daf) in dialogs/Tania.lua.

If Spencer is dead, you can't even finish 
the game. And if Pendragon is hostile, 
you should die at gate.
The best fix would come along rebel 
faction, but thats not for 0.16

I propose to add a Radar sensor to 
Pendragon, Bender and Spencer so they may 
kill Tux if such thing even happen. And 
temporaly make Tania and Doc unable to 
heal, maybe? This is my proposal.
Otherwise, we have the HF non completable 
problem, which imo is much more 
important.

As I say on IRC, Spencer can die in two way :
- Tux become the enemy of the red guard.
- Tux use the grenade trick.

By doing any of these actions, the player has already broken the game, making it 
unwinnable. It breaks other quests too. In my opinion, the dead of Pendragon is a 
bigger problem because you would see Pendragon resurrect from dead. 

I think we need to punish the player if he use the grenade trick by making the red 
guard hostile. Now, we have only one case, and we can just let Tania enter the town 
freely.

However, I don't agree with the release blocker. But, I will try to make a patch 
over the next few weeks.

Given that there's no crash related to this issue, and because it's unlikely a
legitimate player will actually kill pendragon and spencer and then try to do
tania's quest, I lower the issue's priority.
