As I say on IRC, Spencer can die in two way :
- Tux become the enemy of the red guard.
- Tux use the grenade trick.

By doing any of these actions, the player has already broken the game, making it 
unwinnable. It breaks other quests too. In my opinion, the dead of Pendragon is a 
bigger problem because you would see Pendragon resurrect from dead. 

I think we need to punish the player if he use the grenade trick by making the red 
guard hostile. Now, we have only one case, and we can just let Tania enter the town 
freely.

However, I don't agree with the release blocker. But, I will try to make a patch 
over the next few weeks.
