Add new swing_then_hit_* sound effects, by Michael Mendelson.
These metallic impact sounds replace the older light-saber sound effects.
Hit sounds for non-metal NPCs are not yet available.
The files swing_then_hit_{1,2,3,8,9}.ogg were used. There are now
5 hit sounds total. swing_then_hit_6.ogg was considered redundant
and not included.
This closes issue537.
