This issue is related to ticket #787

The AppData file (freedroidrpg.appdata.xml) for Gnome software contains
wrong/incorrect information - link to Icon
(http://www.freedroid.org/imgs/logo.png) and link to Screenshot
(http://www.freedroid.org/imgs/screenshot.jpg) do not exist anymore.

Could you fix it please?
The game is not available in Gnome Software thanks that.

Actually, that's not what prevented FreedroidRPG 0.16 to be included in the
Gnome Software database (when fdrpg 0.16 was packaged for F23, those 2 links
were available).

IIRC, the Fedora packager changed the icon's file name, but without changing its
reference into the .desktop file (I can be wrong, but it's something like that).

In 0.16.1, released some days ago, package and icon names are now all in
lowercase, more compliant with freedesktop rules.

I'll tell the Fedora packager to no more change those files.

I searched for the reason why it is not in Soft database and found this link with the appdata load results:

The second link seems to be be better for issue understanding and confirms your finding of the wrong/missing icon file.
Well I think fixing this issue should get Freedroid in Gnome Soft.

0.16.1 is in testing phase for Fedora.
AFAIK, the appstream-data package is regenerated weekly, so fdrpg should land
soon in the Gnome Software database.

I keep this issue open until then.

The game is in Gnome Software for some time now and no issues detected so far.
